ABOUT ABOUT

RED FISH THEATRE is proud to present Krapp's Last Tape, by Samuel Beckett.

“Perhaps my best years are gone. When there was a chance of happiness. But I wouldn't want them back. Not with the fire in me now. No, I wouldn't want them back.”

Krapp's Last Tape is classic Beckett, absurd and stylised in nature. We join Krapp on his birthday in the not too distant future as he reminisces and listens to recordings made in previous years. A celebration and commiseration on life, aging, growing up and what we have left behind to get to where we are now.

Originally produced as a curtain raiser for Endgame at the Royal Court Theatre in London, Krapp's Last Tape has found a place to stand on its own as a unique piece of poetic theatre.

Starring Bob Brandenburg as Krapp, this one act piece is directed by RED FISH THEATRE Artistic Director Adam Graham, with Sound Design by Owen Butler, Scenic Design by Kristina Graham, and Stage Management by Jared King. Jacqueline Torgas produces for RED FISH THEATRE with venue support by Donald Rupe and CFCArts.

Join us as RED FISH THEATRE presents this rarely produced piece in a limited run at the CFCArts Black Box Theatre on 6th, 7th, 8th April 2017. Performances begin at 8pm.

Theatre Address - 250 SW Ivanhoe Blvd. Orlando, FL 32804 . Free parking is available.
